Dave Does Coffee
A fun and informative little video on coffee from the Food Network
The Food Network has a collection of short mini-shows that you can watch on their website. I thought "Dave Does Coffee" was a fun one to watch.
I've gotten recipes from the Food Network website before, but I just discovered these video "webisodes" that they have. There are about a dozen of them, including this one called "Dave Does Coffee".
It's about 6 minutes long and you will learn all kinds of tidbits on how to brew, roasting, cupping and other fun things about coffee. Be warned, I don't think you can pause or stop the video once it starts (it will stop once you leave the page though).
